The whole self-service case is free
Telling us what happened in text, voice or screenshots. Reading your notice and separating what the company claims from what is actually established. Your case facts, the contested point where we can support one, the strengths, weaknesses and gaps. Evidence guidance, strategy, and a complete usable appeal you can send.
Your case stays saved. Reading what the company sends back, and carrying the same dispute through further rounds, is free too. So is using a supported language.
Sometimes the right next step is free elsewhere
If we find a verified correction or dispute path with the company that is the better route, we will show you that path.
What we would charge for
Human service: an optional person to look over your case before you send it, deeper human evidence review, or higher-touch help through later rounds.
This is not open yet, and we are not publishing a price for it before it is. Nothing about it is needed to get a complete appeal out of AppealOne.
There is no payment step in your case
You will not be asked for a card to see your appeal, to keep your case, to continue it, or to use your language.
If we ever offer you a paid service, it will be after you already have your completed appeal in front of you, and it will be yours to decline.
For organizations
Unions, fleets, associations and nonprofits can cover premium human service so the workers they support pay nothing at all. Talk to us if that is you.
No subscription, no ads
Disputes are not a monthly habit, so there is nothing to subscribe to. There are no ads or sponsored offers inside your case.
AppealOne is self-help software. You review and submit your own appeal. AppealOne does not guarantee outcomes or act as your lawyer.
