Your platform
Any platform. Any account decision.
If a platform has deactivated, suspended, restricted, investigated, or otherwise taken action against your account, AppealOne can help you understand what happened, organize the facts and evidence, and build your case.
Your case comes first.
We start with the notice you received, what happened from your point of view, and the evidence you have. AppealOne keeps that information together as your case develops, including any response the company sends later.
Don't see your company listed? Start anyway.
AppealOne works from your actual notice, your account of what happened, your evidence, and any messages you receive. We do not need a pre-built platform profile to understand and build your case.
Tell AppealOne what happenedWhen we've verified more about the process
For some platforms, we've independently confirmed additional process details such as submission routes, deadlines, or specific appeal procedures. When we have verified information that applies to your case, we use it. When we don't, we won't guess.
DoorDash
We've independently verified several DoorDash appeal and deactivation processes. When your situation matches one of them, AppealOne can provide those additional process details.
Uber
We've independently verified several Uber account-review and appeal processes. When your situation matches one of them, AppealOne can provide those additional process details.
Lyft
We've independently verified Lyft appeal and account-review process information. When it applies to your situation, AppealOne can provide those additional process details.
Spark Driver
We've independently verified process information for selected Spark deactivation situations. When your situation matches one of them, AppealOne can provide those additional details.
GoPuff
We've independently verified GoPuff deactivation grounds and the appeal process for California delivery partners. We have not verified a public deactivation-appeal route for other states.
Instacart
We've independently verified Instacart suspension and deactivation information, including appeals to Trust & Safety. Instacart does not publish a universal appeal form or deadline, so your notice may determine the route.
Grubhub
We've independently verified Grubhub deactivation and appeal information, including its driver-support appeal form. Appeal windows vary by market, so AppealOne will not invent a universal deadline.
Shipt
We've independently verified Shipt's deactivation appeal form and supporting-document process. Account locks use a separate support route, and documents sent outside the appeal form are not reviewed.
Amazon Flex
We've independently verified Amazon Flex deactivation standards and its public support route. We have not verified a universal deactivation-appeal channel or deadline.
Roadie
We've independently verified Roadie's process for eligible deactivation appeals. Eligibility is case-specific, and an appeal must follow the instructions in the deactivation email rather than general support.
Veho
We've independently verified Veho's support route for account-status questions and selected deactivation grounds. We have not verified a dedicated public deactivation-appeal process or universal deadline.
Favor
We've independently verified Favor's Runner Support route and selected platform rules. We have not verified a dedicated public Runner deactivation-appeal process or universal deadline.
Taskrabbit
We've independently verified Taskrabbit's general appeal process for suspensions, deactivations and platform-use limits. Its published general process requires contacting support within 14 days; local rules may differ.
Rover
We've independently verified Rover's process for eligible paused or closed accounts. The account-action email determines eligibility and required information, and eligible appeals are submitted by replying to it.
When we know the process, we'll tell you. When we don't, we won't guess.
