The service

AppealOne helps you understand a platform decision, identify the applicable process, organize evidence and prepare an appeal built from information you supply and confirm.

AppealOne is not a law firm, does not provide legal representation and does not provide individualized legal advice. Using AppealOne does not create an attorney-client relationship.

You submit your own appeal

AppealOne does not log into gig platform accounts and does not submit appeals automatically. You review the final appeal, confirm its accuracy and submit it yourself.

Accuracy of your information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the facts and evidence you provide. AppealOne will not include factual claims that cannot be traced to your own statements, your evidence, the platform notice or verified policy.

Payment

Working out your case and building your appeal through AppealOne's self-service journey is free. No payment is required to generate, view, keep or continue your case, or to use a supported language.

AppealOne may offer optional human services, such as a person reviewing your appeal before you send it. Those services are optional, are priced separately when they are offered, and are never required. Where AppealOne's own rules require a person to review an appeal, that review happens at no charge.

If the platform responds, reading and explaining that response and continuing the same dispute is free.

Where a paid service is purchased, refunds are handled through AppealOne support according to the published refund policy.

No outcome guarantee

AppealOne does not guarantee reinstatement, reversal or any particular platform response, and does not publish win probabilities.

AppealOne is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Uber, DoorDash, Lyft or any other platform.
