Verified before it is used
We do not supply a deadline, appeal route, or requirement unless the information that applies to your situation is verified. If it is not confirmed, we say so rather than fill the gap.
A person checks every appeal
Before AppealOne releases an appeal to you, a person must approve the current draft. This required quality check does not depend on payment.
Specific staff actions leave a record
Opening the detailed case workspace, opening an evidence file, editing a draft, recording a review decision, and recording an outcome create records showing the staff member, action, and time.
Evidence files are kept private
AppealOne checks permission before creating a link to an uploaded evidence file. The authorized link expires after two minutes and the file is not publicly accessible.
Case access is separated by driver
Every application table enforces row-level access rules. Direct checks with separate accounts confirmed that one driver could not see another driver's case data.
